Wow - do these guys know how to PAR-TAY! Amy + Fraser have literally partied their way through life together for 12 1/2 years and they finally tied the knot at the beautiful Trades Hall on a beautiful crisp autumn day on 27th October 2018.
I arrived at the apartment Amy & the girls were getting ready at, the drinks were flowing, the classic hen-do straws were about and the room was full of so much excitement, not forgetting that the new Fast & Furious film was also being filmed nearby including a helicopter scene right over us so we were all on the watch out for some action!
I was lucky to be working with lots of friends from the industry on this particular wedding including Jen C Bridal Make Up Artist + Annette Verdi Femme Hair & Beauty - these ladies are a fab team and all the girls looked gorgeous. I also didn't realise how much Amy loved leopard print! She wore beautiful leopard print heels from Dune, a leopard print garter and she also had leopard print converse for the evening! This girl got STYLE!
My lovely second shooter Kirsty, from Cherry Blossom Photography, had the job of capturing Fraser + the boys' morning preparations! Similar scenario minus the straws and make-up team ;-)
The ceremony was conducted by George the Humanist and told Amy + Fraser's story beautifully. It was great to hear all the things they love about each other and then one thing that annoyed them about the other which also provided lots of giggles!
Amy looked absolutely stunning in her dress from Wed2Be and her and her bridesmaids' autumnal bouquets were so beautiful and vibrant thanks to Make Believe Events.
City centre weddings are definitely becoming a favourite of mine. Walking with Amy + Fraser about Merchant City for their photos provided a brilliant atmosphere, with lots of passers-by congratulating them, we even had someone lend us their dog for a photo and a stag do dressed as Mexicans jumped in for a photo. Good old Glasgow eh?
They went for a spooky halloween theme and my gosh it was amazing!! Being big fans of halloween themselves and getting married late October, it only seemed the right thing to do. Amy had also hand drawn faces on pumpkins for each table and they looked wicked!
Amy + Fraser and their guests were then joined by some more friends of mine to start the party, The Invitations Band!
All in all, a super fun energetic day and I hope you enjoy looking through their pictures below!
